A private chef evening means the restaurant comes to you: the menu is planned beforehand, the shopping and preparation happen on the day, service is at your own table, and the kitchen is left cleaner than it was found.
Menus are built around the season and around the people eating — Nordic produce, Anatolian technique, and as much or as little ceremony as the evening calls for.

- What is included in a private chef experience?
- Every experience includes menu planning, grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, on-site cooking, professional plating, kitchen clean-up, and a personalized dining experience. I bring everything needed to prepare your meal—you simply relax and enjoy.
- Do you clean the kitchen afterward?
- Yes. I leave your kitchen as clean as I found it. All cooking equipment, dishes used during preparation, and work surfaces are cleaned before I leave.
- Do you provide the ingredients?
- Yes. I source fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted local suppliers. Ingredient costs are included unless otherwise agreed for premium items such as luxury seafood, specialty meats, or rare ingredients.
- Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?
- Absolutely. I can create menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary preferences. Please let me know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking so I can tailor the menu safely.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Please book at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests are welcome and subject to availability.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Bookings may be canceled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to charges, as ingredients, staffing, and preparation may already have been arranged.
